Puerto Cancun is next to the Cozumel’s Arrecifes National Park. This national park is the main destination for scuba diving in the Caribbean with 85% of the important sites for this practice. The park’s reef system is part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System and it is located between the Western coast of Isla de Mujeres, Punta Cancun and Punta Nizuc.
